My Debt Navigator is indemnified of any liability for the actions and results of the carriers and acts solely as an ambassadors. We strongly recommend that all materials and disclosures relating to the debt solutions program are thoroughly read and understood before enrollment. Your use of these services signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
My Debt Navigator or parties calling on behalf of My Debt Navigator, their ambassador partners, or authorized other parties on their behalf may contact you (including through automated means) regarding debt solutions and financial services or other credit-related offers via telephone, mobile device (including SMS and MMS), and/or email, even if your telephone number is currently listed on any state, federal, local, or corporate Do Not Call list.
Results may vary and are not guaranteed. Each individual's financial situation is unique, and outcomes will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the amount of debt, the client's ability to make payments, and the specific terms of the debt solutions program.
All communication, agreements, and services are strictly between the client and the service provider. My Debt Navigator does not intervene or mediate in disputes between clients and debt solutions providers.
My Debt Navigator does not perform credit checks and does not make decisions regarding the acceptance or denial of clients by debt solutions programs. The decision to accept a client into a program is made solely by the debt solutions provider based on their own criteria and processes.
My Debt Navigator complies with all applicable state and federal laws. Your use of this website and our
referral services constitutes your acceptance of this disclaimer and your agreement to hold My Debt Navigator harmless from any claims or damages that may arise from your participation in any debt solutions program.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Customized Landing Pages: My Debt Navigator and My Tool Box Pro are separate companies, operating independently and bearing no liability for each other’s services or outcomes. While My Tool Box Pro is the preferred technology and CRM provider, ambassadors and ambassadors are not required to use their services. As a courtesy, My Debt Navigator has waived both the one-time setup fee for a customized landing page and the $98/month subscription fee for the first 12 months for all active ambassadors recruited by Aspire or BCC. This waiver is available only to new incoming ambassadors and does not apply to returning ambassadors, downgraded ambassadors, or reinstated memberships. Those returning or reinstating after a downgrade will be responsible for all applicable setup and subscription charges.
Terms of service
By opting in, you will receive important updates, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing messages related to debt solutions and financial assistance.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
